助跑是跳远教学中一个十分重要的环节。中学跳远教学中的助跑教学主要归结为三个问题:如何在助跑后准确踏板,如何以较快的可控速度上板,如何处理最后两步的步长。 一、如何在助跑后准确地踏上起跳板。不可硬性要求。那样只会造成学生的紧张和恐惧心理,并养成不良的助跑习惯。助跑的准确性与三个因素有关:启动方式、节奏、步点。助跑的启动方式有两种:站立式和行进间式。行进间式虽好,但不易控制身体姿势,影响助跑的准确性。中学生最好采用站立姿势起跑。助
