对中空纤维膜器内流动特性的研究是膜器设计和放大的基础。该文通过测量装填因子不同的 3个聚丙烯中空纤维膜萃取器壳程和管程的停留时间分布曲线 ,研究了不同流速下膜器的流动状况 ,并用轴向扩散模型描述了流动的非理想性。结果表明 ,中空纤维膜萃取器的管程和壳程流动与理想平推流和理想全混流相差较大 ,装填因子与流速对二者均有较大影响。采用轴向扩散模型得到的响应曲线的计算值与实验值符合较好 ,且中空纤维膜萃取器中轴向返混的影响不可忽略。
The research on the flow characteristics of hollow fiber membranes is the basis of membrane design and amplification. In this paper, by measuring the residence time distribution curves of shell and tube of three polypropylene hollow fiber membrane extractors with different packing factors, the flow conditions of membrane devices at different flow velocities were studied and the axial diffusion model was used to describe the non-ideal flow Sex. The results show that the difference between the tube flow and the shell flow of the hollow fiber membrane extractor is quite different from that of the ideal push flow and the ideal mixed flow. The filling factor and the flow rate have a great influence on both. The calculated value of the response curve obtained by the axial diffusion model is in good agreement with the experimental data. The influence of axial backmixing in the hollow fiber membrane extractor can not be neglected.
