传统的混凝土抗渗检测用的密封材料在其拌和过程中操作耗时费力,对检测场所污染严重且密封效果不理想,经济性差。介绍了采用胶乳胶圈作为密封材料的试验方法,证明了其可行性。该方法成本低、易操作,对检测仪器和设备不会造成污染,而且能够满足抗渗设备在最大压力下不会发生从侧面漏水的现象,可将该材质在混凝土抗渗试验中推广与应用。
The traditional concrete impermeable testing of sealing materials in the mixing process of its time-consuming and laborious operation, the test site pollution and the sealing effect is not satisfactory, poor economy. The test method of using latex rubber ring as sealing material is introduced, which proves its feasibility. The method has the advantages of low cost, easy operation, no pollution to detecting instruments and equipment, and can not leak water from the side under the maximum pressure of the impermeable equipment. The material can be popularized and applied in the concrete impermeability test .
