对一个集团性企业来说,要想让集团可持续地健康发展,调动管理者和员工的主观能动性是至关重要的,特别是集团内部下属企业的业绩评价考核更为重要。要有激励机制与约束相结合的机制。如何让两者有机结合,就要建立一套科学合理的业绩评价考核体系,才能调动全体员工的主观能动性,汇集集团力量,提高集团企业的综合竞争优势,促进集团企业效益稳步提升和可持续发展。本文就集团企业内部集团内部业绩评价考核体系进行简要的谈讨和建议,希望能够给集团企业管理提供一些参考。
For a group company, in order to make the group grow healthily and sustainably, it is very important to mobilize the subjective initiative of the managers and employees.
