CB-46型液压泵经长期使用后,其泵壳内腔两个直径55毫米的孔会产生磨损,特别是进油腔一侧,由于进出油压差的影响,磨损更为严重。内孔的磨损导致了油泵齿轮与泵壳间的径向间隙增大,使液压泵的输油率和工作压力明显下降。为了解决这一问题,我厂于去年在广东省化学研究所的指导下,采用了尺寸恢复胶对泵壳进行修复。具体的修复工艺如下: 1.用汽油或柴油初步清洗泵壳内腔,除去待修复表面的油污等附着物。 2.在车床或镗床上将两个孔均扩至φ56_(+0.10)~(+0.20)毫

In order to solve this problem, I plant last year in Guangdong Province Institute of Chemistry under the guidance of the size of the plastic recovery pump shell repair. The specific repair process is as follows: 1. Preliminary cleaning of pump housing cavity with gasoline or diesel to remove the surface to be repaired oil and other attachments. 2. In the lathe or boring machine will be two holes were expanded to φ56 _ (+0.10) ~ (+0.20) millisecond
