CB-46型液压泵经长期使用后,其泵壳内腔两个直径55毫米的孔会产生磨损,特别是进油腔一侧,由于进出油压差的影响,磨损更为严重。内孔的磨损导致了油泵齿轮与泵壳间的径向间隙增大,使液压泵的输油率和工作压力明显下降。为了解决这一问题,我厂于去年在广东省化学研究所的指导下,采用了尺寸恢复胶对泵壳进行修复。具体的修复工艺如下: 1.用汽油或柴油初步清洗泵壳内腔,除去待修复表面的油污等附着物。 2.在车床或镗床上将两个孔均扩至φ56_(+0.10)~(+0.20)毫 After long-term use, the CB-46 hydraulic pump will wear two 55 mm diameter holes in the pump housing cavity, especially on the side of the oil inlet chamber. In order to solve this problem, I plant last year in Guangdong Province Institute of Chemistry under the guidance of the size of the plastic recovery pump shell repair. The specific repair process is as follows: 1. Preliminary cleaning of pump housing cavity with gasoline or diesel to remove the surface to be repaired oil and other attachments. 2.
