随着新课改的春风,新的教学模式、新的教学理念,清新走进了课堂,沐浴着长期单调、沉闷、乏味、死气沉沉的课堂。其中小组合作探究给课堂如同注入了新鲜的血液,焕发出轻松、民主、积极向上的气氛和活力;由老师的一言堂变成所有学生展示的舞台。老师走出低效课堂的困惑,学生走出厌倦课堂的苦恼。学生由叫我学变成我要学的状况,学生学习有了热情,也有了激情,师生、生生互动性广泛,老师由教书匠变成真正的教学能手和专家。如何在初中写作教学中实行小组合作教学模式,是我们语文老师必须思考的问题。
