领导班子是按照一定的结构组成的有机整体。合理的结构,可以使班子的整体效能大于各个成员才能的总和,形成一个坚强有力的领导核心;反之,组成班子的个体素质再好,也难以形成一个高效能的领导集体。在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业作为市场竞争的主体,其领导班子的结构是否合理,对于提高企业的竞争力关系重大。本文试就社会主义市场经济条件下国有企业领导班子的结构优化问题作点探讨。
Leadership is in accordance with the composition of a certain organic structure. A reasonable structure can make the overall effectiveness of the team greater than the sum of the individual members’ talents and form a strong and powerful leadership core. Conversely, the individual qualities that make up the team are no better, and it is also difficult to form a high-performance leadership collective. Under the condition of socialist market economy, as the main body of market competition, whether the structure of its leading group is reasonable or not is very important for improving the competitiveness of enterprises. This article tries to discuss the structural optimization of state-owned enterprises’ leadership in the socialist market economy.
