《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确指出:要遵循幼儿身心发展规律,坚持科学的保教方法,保障幼儿快乐健康成长。但是,多年来,城市的幼儿园升小学考试却大行其道。所谓“幼升小”考试以及由此伴生的一些幼儿园的针对性教育和训练、家长给幼儿报辅导班提前进行智力开发和知识灌输等行为,严重损害了儿童的身心健康。学前教育功利化不仅违背了《教育规划纲要》的精神,更是与教育规律背道而驰。
“National long-term education reform and development plan,” made it clear: to follow the law of physical and mental development of young children, adhere to the scientific method of education, to protect the happy and healthy growth of children. However, over the years, the city’s kindergarten promotion test is popular. The so-called “young ascended the baby” test and the associated education and training of some kindergartens are accompanied by parental counseling classes for preschool children who pre-empt intellectual development and knowledge infiltration, seriously impairing children’s physical and mental health. Utilization of preschool education not only runs counter to the spirit of the “Education Plan,” but also runs counter to the law of education.
