根据履带行走机构设计理论和煤矿井下运行工况,对结构参数进行确定。计算钻式采煤机工作时的各牵引阻力,确定总牵引力。利用Pro/E建立全液压钻式采煤机履带行走机构的三维模型,然后将模型导入ADAMS建立履带行走机构动力学模型,并进行动力学仿真分析,从仿真曲线中得出全液压钻式采煤机在不同地面工况下履带行走机构的动力学特性。
