在公路建设规模不断扩大的背景下,山东省公路管理养护工作虽取得一定成绩,在推动省经济持续发展的同时,各类问题也逐渐突出,比如管理主体分散、管养合一等问题,严重制约着山东省公路事业的稳定发展。本文首先就山东公路养护管理体制改革原则进行了分析,其次探讨了山东省公路养护管理体制的现状以及存在的问题,最后针对上述问题对山东省公路养护管理体制提出了几点建议,以期从根本上解决山东省公路养护管理体制存在的问题。
Against the background of expanding highway construction, some achievements have been made in the road maintenance work in Shandong Province. While promoting the sustainable development of the provincial economy, various problems have gradually become prominent, such as the divergence of management bodies, the unification of control and other issues, the seriousness of Restricting the stable development of Shandong’s highway industry. This paper first analyzes the principle of Shandong highway maintenance management system reform, and secondly discusses the current situation and existing problems of highway maintenance management system in Shandong Province. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to Shandong highway maintenance management system according to the above problems, To solve the problems existing in the highway maintenance management system in Shandong Province.
