本组14例均为某劳改支队男性犯人,年龄最小22岁,最大35岁。其发病原因,与带菌者有关。潜伏期最短者8天,最长25天,平均16.5天。急性起病1例,缓慢起病13例。本组热型,呈稽留热,体温40℃左右。舌有褐色厚苔4例,便秘11例,腹泻3例,胸、背部可见玫瑰疹4例,肝肿大4例,脾肿大1例,肝脾均肿大1例。实验室检查:WBC 4,800～10,200,嗜酸细胞绝对计数150～780个。骨髓培养7例,5例为阳性,其中1例血培养及骨髓培

There were 4 cases of thick brown tongue in tongue, 11 cases of constipation, 3 cases of diarrhea, 4 cases of rose rash in chest and back, 4 cases of hepatomegaly, 1 case of splenomegaly and 1 case of enlarged liver and spleen. Laboratory tests: WBC 4,800 ~ 10,200, absolute eosinophil count 150 ~ 780. Bone marrow culture in 7 cases, 5 cases were positive, including 1 case of blood culture and bone marrow culture
