本文提出了一种新的有关螺纹联接松弛现象的分析方法。利用有限元分析技术,首次以量化分析手段揭示出螺纹联接松弛现象发生的最主要原因之一,是由于材料的循环松弛(CyclicRelaxation)现象所致。也即是由于螺栓材料在循环载荷作用下随应力循环产生了微小塑性变形增量的累积,使螺栓伸长,导致螺纹联接枪弛。通过有限元分析得到的螺纹联接残余预紧力变化的特性曲线与试验结果吻合。
In this paper, a new analysis method about the slackness of thread connection is proposed. Using finite element analysis technology, the first quantitative analysis of the thread reveals the relaxation phenomenon occurs one of the most important reason is due to the material caused by the cyclical relaxation (CyclicRelaxation) phenomenon. That is due to the bolt material under cyclic load with the stress cycle have a small amount of incremental plastic deformation, so that the bolt elongation, resulting in threaded connection relaxation gun. The characteristic curves of the residual pre-tightening force obtained by the finite element analysis are consistent with the experimental results.
