接班人问题是关系到党和国家前途命运的大问题。在总结历史经验教训的基础上 ,邓小平成功地解决了接班人这一历史难题 ,形成了内涵丰富的接班人思想 ,其主要内容是 :按照“四化”标准选贤任能 ,造就大批德才兼备的干部队伍 ;组成一个实行改革的有希望的第三代领导集体 ,集体交接班 ;从党和国家领导制度的改革入手 ,推动国家政治生活的民主化、法制化进程。
The issue of successors is a major issue that concerns the future and destiny of the party and the country.
