本文介绍了两种不含B_4C的渗硼配方。用它对牙轮钻头滑动轴承进行渗硼时,可得到脆性较低的Fe_2B单相组织,渗层深0.12~0.17mm。文章在对渗硼前后施以不同热处理所得过渡区的组织进行分析的基础上提出:当牙轮内孔进行渗硼时,可采用具有一定过盈量的套圈进行先渗碳,后渗硼,正火处理后,压入牙轮内孔中。文章最后介绍了几种不同摩擦副的磨损试验情况,提出用牙轮内孔渗硼代替银锰合金与堆焊耐磨合金的牙爪轴颈构成摩擦副,从经济效果和使用性能上讲,都是适宜的。
This article describes two B4C-free boronizing formulations. When it is used to billet the roller bearing bit, the brittle Fe 2 B single phase microstructure can be obtained with the depth of 0.12 ~ 0.17mm.
