患者，女性，52岁。因右足跟肿块5年伴行走疼痛1年，于1996年9月4日以右足跟肿物收住院。患者5年前发现右足跟肿块，不痛，进行性增大，入院前半年肿块明显增大，行走困难且疼痛而来院诊治。检查：右足跟聪侧可们及5cm×4cm大小之肿块，质地硬，稍活动，无明显压痛，边缘清楚。
Patient, female, 52 years old. Due to a five-year history of walking pain in his right heel for 5 years, he was hospitalized on the right foot heel mass on September 4, 1996. The patient developed a right foot heel mass 5 years ago. It was painless and progressively enlarged. The mass was significantly increased in the first half of the hospital admission. Walking difficulties and pain came to the hospital for treatment. Examination: The right foot and the condyle can be 5cm × 4cm in size and the mass is hard, slightly active, no obvious tenderness, clear edge.
