由于常规节育手术多是靠手术者的经验及手感进行,盲目性较大,对一些特殊情况者往往使手术失败。有报道可采用超声引导监视下进行特殊情况处理。现将64例常规节育手术未成功者,改用在超声引导监视下的手术结果报告如下。 一、资料与方法 1.临床资料 本组64例均为1995～1997年间来院就诊患者,年龄22～55岁。 2.仪器 ACUSON128×P/10C型,ATL超9HDH型彩色电脑超声仪,探头频率为3.5MHz。
