小学数学历来是学生、家长、学校、教师等各方面所重视的学科,同样也是之后学习生涯的学科基础,探讨如何提高小学教学的有效性具有重要的意义。在新课程改革的不断推进和施行下,传统的教学观念发生了很大的变化,教学不再仅仅侧重于教师的教,而是更加倾向于学生的学,并不断的在实践中寻求二者更有效的平衡。下面,本文将从“教”和“学”两方面具体的探讨小学教学存在的缺失以及解决方案。
