对上海市卢湾区自１９９０年以来全区妇女病普查情况进行回顾性分析。工厂女工普查率达到８０．９７％，妇女病发病率１９９７年比１９９１年明显下降。同时，抽样调查社区在职女工普查率７６．５９％，已退休在社区妇女普查率仅４２．１４％，下岗无业人员仅３２．６０％。根据肿瘤发病年龄，妇科恶性肿瘤５０岁后发病远较５０岁前为高。同时，根据调查有３０．３１％退休女工及６１．１７％下岗失业女工愿意支付费用作普查，说明加强社区更老年期妇女保健十分重要 A retrospective analysis was conducted on the general survey of women’s diseases in Luwan District of Shanghai since 1990. Factory women’s census rate reached 80.97%, the incidence of women’s disease in 1997 decreased significantly over 1991. In the meantime, the sampling survey of the working women workers in the community has a census rate of 76.59%, the census rate of women retired in the community is only 42.14%, and the laid-off workers only have 32.60%. According to the age of onset of cancer, gynecological malignancy after the onset of 50 years of age is much higher than before 50 years of age. At the same time, based on the survey, 30.31% of retired women workers and 61.17% of laid-off workers are willing to pay for the survey, which shows that it is very important to strengthen the health care of women in the community in their older age
