比较了镍、钯、钌、铂、铑的氧化物对乙炔和甲酸甲酯的气固相加氢酯化反应的催化性能 ;筛选了镍催化剂中的无机载体 ;研究了浸渍法制备的镍催化剂的催化反应行为。结果表明 ,浸渍法制备的镍基催化剂 ,Ni2 + 是具有催化活性的组分。活性中心氧化镍的聚集及被高聚物覆盖和催化剂的流失是催化剂不断失活的原因。
The catalytic performance of gas-solid phase hydrogenation esterification of acetylene and methyl formate with oxides of nickel, palladium, ruthenium, platinum and rhodium was compared. The inorganic carrier of nickel catalyst was screened. The nickel catalyst prepared by impregnation method The catalytic reaction behavior. The results show that Ni2 + is a catalytically active component prepared by impregnation method. Active nickel oxide aggregation and the polymer is covered by the catalyst and the loss of the catalyst is the cause of the catalyst continued inactivation.
