新氨基糖苷抗生素 Isepamicin,动物实验证明其肾毒性、耳毒性均小于其它同类抗生素。一般生物样品测定需经沉淀、提取等繁琐操作。本文报道一种以氰基固定相柱分离后以邻苯二醛柱后衍生化荧光检测,双去氧卡那霉素为内标的 HPLC 法,具快速、准确、灵敏的特点。本法还能测定卡那霉素、妥布拉霉素。如流动相略作改动尚可测定庆大霉素、乙基西索米星等。色谱条件
New aminoglycoside antibiotic Isepamicin, animal experiments show that its nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity are less than other similar antibiotics. General biological samples to be precipitation, extraction and other cumbersome operations. This paper reports a fast, accurate and sensitive HPLC method for the determination of phthalaldehyde after column separation with cyano-fixed phase column and derivatization with phthalaldehyde as the internal standard. This method can also determine kanamycin, tobramycin. If the mobile phase is slightly modified gentamicin, ethyl sisomicin and so on. Chromatographic conditions
