2001年2月16日,省图书馆学会在省馆召开工作会议。会长黄宗忠同志向应邀到会的13方代表介绍了学会的基本情况。省馆常务副馆长万群华同志谈了2001年学会工作的思路与要点。会议经过广泛讨论,达成如下共识:1.成立以省馆常务副馆长万群华为组长的学会工作小组,负责处理学会日常工作,其办事机构设在省馆研究辅导部。2.同意下发《关于加强学会组织建设工作的通知》和《关于筹备召开湖北省图书馆学会第三次会员代表大会的通知》,为2001年在适当时候召开省图书馆学会第三次会员代表大会作好准备。
February 16, 2001, the Provincial Library Association held a working conference in the provincial museum. President Huang Zongzhong briefed the 13 delegates invited to the meeting on the basic situation of the Institute. Wan Qunhua, deputy director of the provincial department comrades, talked about the ideas and key points of the 2001 Institute work. The meeting was extensively discussed and reached the following consensus: 1. Set up a working group headed by Wan Qunhua, executive vice governor of the provincial department, to handle the daily work of the society and set up its offices in the provincial department of research and counseling. 2. Consent for the issuance of the “Notice on Strengthening the Organization and Construction of the Institute” and the “Notice on Preparations for Holding the Third Congress of the Library Society of Hubei Province”, the third meeting of the Provincial Library Association was held in due course in 2001 The congress is ready.
