为提高我国工程机械行业整体水平,更好地服务于国民经济建设,“八五”期间,工程机械行业走技术引进与技术改造相结合之路,在引进、消化、吸收国外先进技术的同时,强化了企业的技术改造,特别是内涵技术改造,取得了显著的成效。 “八五”期间,国家对工程机械行业固定资产投资总额为19.09亿元(包括“双加”项目)。其中,列入国家专项贷款技术改造项目22个,投资总额3.26亿元;基本建设项目11个,投资总额2.5亿元;列入国家重大引进技术消化吸收项目“新型推土机和装载机及关键零部件”技术改造项目的企业有20家,总投资7.1亿元;“双加”工程项目6.23亿元。
