目的分析128例停飞飞行人员停飞疾病的类别,探讨颈椎病与沟环综合征的关系。方法分析1988~1998年10年间128例因病停飞的临床资料。结果128例停飞飞行人员中因颈椎病停飞33例,占25.8%,属第一位病因。其中9例同时有沟环综合征。这9例患者平均年龄(34.4±3.5)岁,总飞行时间(1773.3±510.4)h,住院(4.2±1.7)次。提示:①沟环出现率为7.0%(9/128)并不少见,应引起重视;②颈椎病与沟环综合征存在密切的关系,颈椎病引起颈椎不稳定,加大了沟环综合征的危险。另外,颈椎病的症状与沟环综合征极为相似,某些诊断为颈椎病者实为沟环综合征患者。由于对此病认识不足,常多次住院,导致诊治的拖延。结论沟环引起的眩晕,多由于头颈转动在某种特定的姿位下突发,航卫工作者应予足够重视。
Objective To analyze the types of stop-groping diseases in 128 pilots and to explore the relationship between cervical spondylosis and ditch ring syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 128 patients who stopped flying due to illness during 1988 to 1998 were analyzed. Results Among the 128 grounded flight pilots, 33 cases were grounded due to cervical spondylosis, accounting for 25.8%, which was the first cause. Nine of them had ditch ring syndrome at the same time. The average age of these 9 patients (34.4 ± 3.5) years, total flight time (1773.3 ± 510.4) h, hospitalization (4.2 ± 1.7) times. Due to lack of awareness of this disease, often hospitalized many times, leading to delays in diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion dizziness caused by the ditch ring, mostly due to the rotation of the head and neck in a particular position under the sudden departure, air defense workers should pay enough attention.
