我们小组是1975年组建的,全组共有14人,平均技术等级2.5级,平均工龄7年。从1980年3月份开始试用全面质量管理的方法,指导施工,三年来,共进行了10次PDCA循环。小组产品合格率由1979年的78％,上升到98％。生产效率由107％,上升到150％。并且消灭了木门窗安装、钢门窗安装,配套支模生产中容易出现的14项质量通病。产品优质率保持在98％,左右(表1)。产品质量基本上做
Our group was established in 1975. There are 14 people in the group, the average technical level is 2.5, and the average length of service is 7 years. The method of total quality management was introduced in March 1980 to guide construction. In the past three years, 10 PDCA cycles have been conducted.
