我校是设在农村的一所全日制初级中学,学生都来自农村,98%以上是劳动人民的子女。毕业后除一小部分升入高一级学校外,大部分都回生产队参加农业生产。为了适应农业生产需要,我校开设了农业生产知识课,到现在已经有好几年了。我们曾有计划地开辟了实验园地的活动。目前我校有三亩实验园地,结合当地的生产特点,按不同季节,组织各年级学生种植水稻、棉花、小麦、油菜等四大作物。上学期我们种了一亩半水稻,其中一亩种“农垦58号”;作高产试验,半亩种“千三穗”、“白芒短种”、“老来青”等品种,作品种对比试验。棉花也种了一亩半,大部分是“岱字15号”棉,分别以每亩5000、6000、7000株,作不同密度与产量关系的对比试验,一部分还种了“海岛棉”和“彭泽棉”,作杂交育种试验。水稻、棉花长
Our school is a full-time junior high school located in rural areas. Students come from rural areas and over 98% are children of working people. Most of them went back to the production team to participate in agricultural production except for a small part of them after graduation. In order to meet the needs of agricultural production, our school has opened the course of agricultural production knowledge, it has been several years now.
