目的:分析综合护理模式对初产妇泌乳情况的影响。方法:撷取本院收治的初产妇70例,撷取时间是自2015年4月至2017年4月,分研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以综合护理。比较泌乳情况、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、母乳喂养信心以及护理满意度。结果:与对照组泌乳优良率比较,研究组较高;与对照组焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,研究组较低;与对照组母乳喂养信心以及护理满意度比较,研究组较高,优势突出,P<0.05。结论:综合护理模式可有效改善初产妇的泌乳情况,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高满意评分,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on the lactation of primipara. Methods: Seventy primipara patients admitted to our hospital were collected from April 2015 to April 2017 in sub-study group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). Control group to be routine care, research group to be comprehensive care. Compare lactation, anxiety scores, depression scores, breastfeeding confidence, and nursing satisfaction. Results: Compared with the control group, the study group was higher in the rate of excellent lactation; compared with the control group, anxiety score and depression score were lower in the study group. Compared with the breastfeeding confidence and nursing satisfaction of the control group, the study group had higher advantages and outstanding advantages. P <0.05. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing model can effectively improve the lactation of primipara, relieve the anxiety and depression, improve the satisfaction score, the effect is significant, it is worth learning from.
