合理经济的巷道顶板支护工艺,对于煤矿高效快速发展具有重要意义。以曹家山煤业为试验矿井,对不同支护方案下的应力、位移进行数值模拟试验分析。研究结果表明:巷道水平应力随锚杆变小变短而逐渐增加;悬吊理论适用于巷道顶板支护参数的理论计算;巷道围岩稳定性受锚杆和锚索尺寸的影响;方案1的稳定性最好,是最佳支护方案。
Reasonable and economical roadway roof support technology for the rapid and efficient development of coal is of great significance. Taking Caojiashan coal industry as a pilot mine, numerical simulation tests on the stress and displacement under different support schemes are carried out. The results show that: the horizontal stress of roadway gradually increases as the bolt becomes smaller and shorter; the theory of suspension is suitable for theoretical calculation of roadway roof support parameters; the stability of roadway surrounding rock is affected by the size of anchor rod and cable; The best stability, is the best support program.
