目的:研究评价美宝湿润烧伤膏对包皮环切术后切口愈合的治疗效果。方法:选取2011年7月～2013年2月于于我院进行包皮环切术的100例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(用药组)50例和对照组(常规组)50例,观察手术切口的愈合情况,并进行统计及比较。结果:经研究比较,观察组患者术后感染情况、水肿情况、切口疼痛优于对照组,切口愈合时间短于对照组,甲级愈合率高于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏能有效促进切口的愈合,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of MEBO MEBO on wound healing after circumcision. Methods: A total of 100 patients undergoing circumcision in our hospital from July 2011 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) Cases, observation of surgical incision healing, and statistics and comparison. Results: Compared with the control group, the postoperative infection, edema and incision pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the healing rate of grade A was higher than that in the control group, P <0.05, both were significant difference. Conclusion: MEBO MEBO can effectively promote the healing of incision and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
