本文分析了我国政府运行成本过高将导致资源浪费、政府腐败、官僚主义扩大化。为此,必须加强政府成本预算、成本核算,强化民众对政府运行成本的控制和监督。要求政府成本开支透明化、并按市场化运作,努力寻求降低政府成本的途径。这对我国改进政府模式、提升政府功能,反腐倡廉都将具有现实的价值。 This article analyzes the high running cost of our government will lead to waste of resources, government corruption, bureaucracy magnified. To this end, we must strengthen the government cost estimates, cost accounting, strengthen public control and supervision of government operating costs.
