目的探讨尼龙绳套扎治疗宽基底或粗蒂消化道息肉的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析内镜下应用尼龙绳套扎治疗的26例宽基底或粗蒂消化道息肉患者的临床资料,观察并随访其临床疗效。结果本组26例患者的29枚息肉全部切除,其中术中出血2例,无穿孔。本组29枚息肉中,管状腺瘤10枚,管状绒毛状腺瘤9枚,绒毛状腺瘤4枚,炎症性息肉3枚,幼年性息肉2枚,息肉癌变1枚,该例追加剖腹手术治疗。术后1个月内镜随访,1例患者根部有残留,再次内镜下切除,其余患者创面愈合良好。结论尼龙绳套扎治疗宽基底或粗蒂消化道息肉,创伤小,疗效好,并发症少,同时可以行全瘤切除,减少消化道早期癌的漏诊,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nylon rope ligation in the treatment of wide basal or pedicle digestive tract polyps. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with wide basilar or common digestive tract polyps treated with nylon rope ligation were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical efficacy was observed and followed up. Results All the 29 polyps in 26 patients were resected, including 2 cases of intraoperative bleeding without perforation. The group of 29 polyps, tubular adenoma 10, tubular villous adenoma 9, villous adenoma 4, inflammatory polyp 3, juvenile polyps 2, polyps 1, the case of additional laparotomy treatment. One month after operation, endoscopic follow-up showed that there was residual root in one patient and the endoscopic resection was performed again. The wound healing of other patients was good. Conclusion Nylon rope ligation treatment of wide basal or pedicle digestive tract polyps, trauma, good curative effect, less complications, at the same time the whole tumor can be removed to reduce the missed diagnosis of early digestive tract cancer, it is worthy of clinical application.
