目的建立食用土当归的种子质量标准,并解决种子萌发问题。方法对食用土当归种子进行检验,并设计对比试验探讨赤霉素、温度对种子萌发的影响。结果食用土当归种子净度为74%~91%,平均值为83.3%;含水量为8.2%~10.4%,平均值为9.4%;千粒重为0.91~1.02g,平均值为0.97g;种子经300mg/L赤霉素12h浸泡后转15/25℃(15℃16h,25℃8h)变温条件下萌发,发芽率>75%,发芽势>40%,25d发芽结束;隔年种子发芽率显著下降。结论食用土当归优质种子质量标准为发芽率≥75%,发芽势≥40%,千粒重≥0.95 g,种子净度≥80%,含水量≤10.5%,且籽粒饱满,大小均匀;种子经赤霉素浸泡后转变温条件下萌发可有效提高发芽率;陈种不宜作为生产用种。
Objective To establish the quality standard of seeds for edible soil and solve the germination problem of seeds. Methods To test the seeds of Edible Danggui Hort, and compare the effects of GA3 and GA3 on the seed germination. Results Seeds of Angelica Sinensis had a net seed density of 74% ~ 91% with an average of 83.3%, a water content of 8.2% ~ 10.4% with an average of 9.4%, a grain weight of 0.91 ~ 1.02g with an average of 0.97g, Germination rate> 75%, germination potential> 40%, germination at the end of 25d; the germination percentage of the next year was significantly decreased . Conclusion The quality standards of high quality seeds for edible Angelica sinensis are germination rate ≥75%, germination potential ≥40%, 1000-grain weight ≥0.95 g, seed purity ≥80%, water content ≤10.5%, and full grain size. After soaking, the germination under the condition of changing temperature can effectively improve the germination rate; the species of Chen should not be used as the production seed.
