肱骨远端全骺分离是儿童肘部常见损伤 ,如不重视 ,极易误诊。自 1990～ 1995年 ,我院儿科共收治 13例误诊患儿 ,现就有关资料予以分析如下。1　临床资料本组 13例中男 9例 ,女 4例。年龄最大 5岁 ,最小 7个月。就诊时间最短 6天 ,最长 2 7天。有 3例为去外固定后出现肘内翻畸形 Distal humerus epiphyseal separation is a common elbow injury in children, if not valued, easily misdiagnosed. From 1990 to 1995, 13 cases of misdiagnosed children were treated in pediatric department of our hospital. The relevant information is analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 13 patients, 9 males and 4 females. The oldest is 5 years old, the smallest is 7 months. The shortest visiting time is 6 days and the longest is 27 days. There are 3 cases of cubitus varus deformity after external fixation
