在建筑物结构中,其各部分构成有着不同种类的使用要求和功能,因此柱网布置也基于建筑结构而提出不同要求。转换层技术就是对此种结构类型的适应与过渡。在建筑设计与施工环节,梁式转换层的应用极为广泛,且备受好评,它使高层建筑施工过程中竖向的上、下部结构不连续问题得以良好解决。国内高层建筑施工中应用梁式转换层技术较多,但缺乏总体上的研究与探讨,且不够全面,缺乏深度。基于此对高层建筑钢筋混凝土梁式转换层施工技术进行研究。
In building structures, the various parts of the building structure have different kinds of usage requirements and functions, and therefore the column and screen arrangement also imposes different requirements based on the building structure. Transition layer technology is the adaptation and transition to this type of structure. In the design and construction of the building, the application of beam conversion layer is very extensive and well received. It makes the vertical discontinuity of the upper and lower structures in high-rise building construction well solved. There are many applications of beam transfer layer in the construction of domestic high-rise buildings, but there is a lack of overall research and discussion, and they are not comprehensive and lacking in depth. Based on this, the research on the construction technology of high-rise building RCB structure is carried out.
