强化远程作战能力 去年底,日本政府决定了下一个中期(2001～2005年)防卫力量整备计划。由于该计划决定未来5年内将购买4架空中加油机,两艘1.35万吨级的可搭载直升机的巨型驱逐舰等,因而显现出了强化自卫队远程作战能力的明显迹象。 去年,日本以对付海盗为名,决定花数千万美元购买两架远程侦察机。该机不必着陆和空中加油便可从日本到马六甲海峡连续飞行一个往返,不仅能侦察到东北亚和东亚的所有地区,而且能飞往南海海域侦察到越南金兰湾军港的情况。金兰湾军港是目前俄罗斯在东南亚地区唯一的军事基地。
Strengthening long-range combat capability At the end of last year, the Japanese government decided on the next medium-term (2001-2005) defensive planning.
