宋永津,教授级高级工程师,1936年4月生于山东省蓬莱市,1955年9月参加工作,历任大同矿务局矿采煤技术员,技术段长,矿务局生产处工程师,矿总工程师,矿长兼总工程师,矿长、局副总工程师、副局长、局长,国际岩石力学学会会员,中国岩石力学与工程学会理事,大同分会理事长。他成功组织并参与的“大同矿务局难冒厚砂岩及砂砾岩层顶板注水试验研究”和“矿井均压防灭火技术”获国家科技进步二等奖和煤炭部科技进步一等奖。1986年12月被国家科委授予“国家级有突出贡献的中青年科学
Song Yongjin, a professor-level senior engineer, was born in Penglai City, Shandong Province in April 1936 and took part in the work in September 1955.
