将研究对象分为T2DM组110例及正常葡萄糖耐量组(Normal Glucose Tolerance,NGT组)108例,空腹抽血测定25(OH)D3、Hb A1c、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)进行比较分析。结果 T2DM组25(OH)D3、HDL-C低于对照组,而Hb A1c,TC,TG,LDL-C均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低血浆25(OH)D3水平可能是2型糖尿病的高危因素之一,因此,积极调节25(OH)D3水平可能对防治脂代谢紊乱、糖尿病具有非常重要的作用。
The subjects were divided into two groups: 110 cases of T2DM group and 108 cases of normal glucose tolerance group (NGT group). Fasting blood was taken for determination of 25 (OH) D3, Hb A1c, cholesterol, triglyceride, Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were compared. Results The levels of 25 (OH) D3 and HDL-C in T2DM group were lower than those in control group, while the levels of Hb A1c, TC, TG and LDL-C in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Low plasma 25 (OH) D3 level may be one of the risk factors for type 2 diabetes. Therefore, actively regulating the level of 25 (OH) D3 may play an important role in preventing lipid metabolism and diabetes.
