目的探讨军校学员不同个性特征与学习成绩的关系。方法采用艾森克个性量表(EPQ)等,以某军校为例,调查所有在校学员的学习成绩和个性特征等。结果内外倾向性与学员的学习成绩无关;学习成绩较差的学员,其情绪稳定性低于其他学员、精神质水平高于其他学员(F=2.651,8.458,P<0.05)。结论军校学员个性特征与学习成绩有一定关系,要针对情绪相对不稳定、精神质水平相对较高的学员,加强心理辅导和教育。
Objective To explore the relationship between different personality traits and academic achievements of cadets. Methods Using Eysenck Personality Scale (EPQ) and so on, a military academy was taken as an example to investigate the academic performance and personality characteristics of all students in school. Results The internal and external propensity had no relation with the students’ academic performance. Students with poor academic performance had lower emotional stability than those with other students and had higher mental quality than other students (F = 2.651, 8.458, P <0.05). Conclusions The personality traits of military cadets have some relations with their academic achievements. Psychological counseling and education should be strengthened for students who are relatively unstable in emotion and have a relatively high level of spiritual quality.
