The planning and development of human resources have increasingly become a major issue that can not be ignored in the social and economic development of our country. After clarifying the great significance of human resource planning to the sustainable development of enterprises, the article made clear the important work contents of human resource planning and finally put forward effective measures to guarantee the scientificity of human resource planning.
