思想政治教育是坚持党对军队绝对领导的基础性工作,是加强军队各项建设、完成各项任务的中心环节,是增强部队凝聚力、提高战斗力的重要保证。新时期新阶段,军队所处的历史条件和社会环境已经发生深刻变化,军队院校学员的思想观念也发生了重大变化,多种价值观念交织并存。在“以人为本”的管理理念指导下,建立“和谐学员队”的观念已经提出。建立和谐学员队,不可避免要涉及到学员间的利益冲突。如何有效地对其思想发展进行引导,强化革命价值观,合理化解利益冲突,是新形势下军队院校开展思想政治教育面临的严峻考验。本文着眼于当前学员间利益冲突存在的问题,对利益实现及矛盾化解机制进行了分析。
Ideological and political education is the basic work of upholding the party’s absolute leadership over the armed forces, is the central link in strengthening all aspects of army building and accomplishing various tasks, and is an important guarantee for enhancing the cohesion and improving the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. In the new phase of the new period, the historical conditions and social environment in which the military is located have undergone profound changes. Significant changes have taken place in the ideology and concepts of the students in military academies and universities as well. Various values have been interwoven. In the “people-oriented” management philosophy, under the guidance of the establishment of “harmonious student team ” concept has been put forward. Establishing a harmonious student team inevitably involves conflicts of interest among students. How to effectively guide the development of its ideology, strengthen the revolutionary values, and properly resolve the conflicts of interests are the severe tests confronting military academies and universities in carrying out ideological and political education under the new situation. This paper focuses on the current conflicts of interest among students, and analyzes the realization of benefits and the mechanism of resolving conflicts.
