HSE培训矩阵是推进HSE管理体系建设,是建立在岗位职责描述及HSE需求分析的基础上,针对岗位员工需要掌握的HSE知识与技能,对应明确培训方式、培训效果、培训周期、培训课时、培训师资等。通过建立并实施矩阵式的培训计划,进一步落实HSE培训直线责任和属地管理,提高培训工作针对性,提升岗位员工HSE能力。因此,开展岗位员工HSE培训矩阵对于创新培训模式,保证培训效果,深化安全风险受控管理具有主要的现实意义。
