专家测评法是预测技术中应用最广泛的方法之一。其目的是向有关机构提供初始信息,该信息在科技进步中是增强计划与管理的科学论据。 1985-1986年,采矿科学研究所的学者,集体测评了采矿部门在发展方向和前景上需要深入研究的主要科技问题。
Expert evaluation method is one of the most widely used methods in forecasting technology. Its purpose is to provide the agencies concerned with initial information that, in the advancement of science and technology, is the scientific rationale for enhancing planning and management. From 1985 to 1986, academics at the Institute of Mining Research collectively assessed major scientific and technological issues that the mining sector needs further study in the direction of development and prospects.
