目的:研究空气净化器颗粒物累积净化量影响因素。方法:参照GB/T 18801-2015空气净化器,测试使用不同香烟污染源对累计净化量的影响,分析不同滤网展开面积、滤网材质下净化器累积净化量性能的差异。结果:使用11mg焦油含量的红塔山香烟和5mg焦油含量的中南海香烟为污染源时,同一机器的累计净化量测试结果分别为11875mg和11775mg;滤网展开面积越大,颗粒物累积净化量越大;使用同一款样机,当滤网展开面积一致时,不同材料滤网的累积净化量有明显差异,滤材A达到12000mg以上,而滤材D仅为5000-6000mg。结论:滤网展开面积和滤网材质是影响净化器累积净化量的关键因素。
Objective: To study the influencing factors of the cumulative purification of air purifier particulate matter. Methods: With reference to GB / T 18801-2015 air purifier, the influence of different sources of cigarette smoke on the total amount of purifying was tested. The differences of purifying capacity of purifiers under different filtering materials were analyzed. Results: When using Hongtashan cigarette with 11mg tar content and Zhongnanhai cigarette with 5mg tar content as the pollution source, the cumulative purifying amount of the same machine was 11875mg and 11775mg, respectively. The larger the expanded area of filter was, Mock-up, when the filter area unfolded, the cumulative purification of different materials, there are significant differences filter, filter A to 12000mg above, and filter D is only 5000-6000mg. Conclusion: Mesh expansion area and filter material are the key factors affecting the amount of purifier purification.
