信赢,1953年9月出生,黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市人。1983年7月毕业于天津大学,获理学学士学位。1987年赴美留学,1991年5月获美国阿肯色大学博士学位。专业特长包括铊系、铋系和稀土系高温超导材料的合成;Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10铊高温超导材料的批量化烧制、块材的压力成型、机械加工;稀土系和铊系高温超导材料薄膜制造技术;超导材料的超导性、反磁性、常态电传输特性、化学成分、晶体结构、物相的检测与分析;PIT和镀膜两种超导导线的制造技术;半导体-高温超导材料组合热电效应冷却器;氧化物巨磁阻材料的合成。近年来,其研究方向转为超导电力设备。现任北京云电英纳超导电缆有限公司总经理。 Letter win, born in September 1953 in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province.
