脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇（ＤＯＮ）、雪腐镰刀菌烯醇（ＮＩＶ）均属于单端孢霉烯族毒素，是赤霉病麦中最常检出的毒素，常常单独或联合污染粮谷类。它们主要由某些镰刀菌产生，可对人类和不同种属的动物产生广泛的毒性效应。本文综述了ＤＯＮ、ＮＩＶ近年毒理学方面的研究进展。
Deoxynivalenol DON and NIV are all belong to trichothecene mycotoxins. They are the most frequently detected toxins in scab-brown wheat, and they often contaminate cereals alone or in combination. . They are mainly produced by certain Fusarium species and can have a wide range of toxic effects on humans and animals of different species. This article reviews recent advances in the toxicology of DON and NIV.
