目的:探讨护理绩效管理模式在输液室的应用效果和体会。方法:随机选取浙江省丽水市人民医院实施绩效管理模式前后的600名患者,并对其进行实施管理前后患者满意度及输液等待时间调查。结果:实施绩效考核管理后,患者的总体满意度为91.7%,较之实施前的66.6%明显提高(P<0.05);实施绩效考核管理模式后,患者的平均输液等待时间为(19.6±5.3)分钟,较之实施前的(38.7±11.6)分钟明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:在输液室的护理管理中,实施绩效管理模式,可大大提高护士的积极性,缩短输液等待时间,提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To discuss the application effect and experience of nursing performance management in infusion room. Methods: Randomly select 600 patients before and after the implementation of performance management mode in Lishui People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province, and investigate the patient satisfaction and infusion waiting time before and after the implementation management. Results: After implementing performance appraisal and management, the overall satisfaction rate of patients was 91.7%, significantly higher than 66.6% before the implementation (P <0.05). After implementing the performance appraisal and management mode, the average waiting time of patients was (19.6 ± 5.3 ) Minutes, significantly shortened (38.7 ± 11.6) minutes compared to before (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing management of infusion room, the implementation of performance management mode can greatly enhance the enthusiasm of nurses, shorten the infusion waiting time and improve patient satisfaction.
