予防结核病的卡介苗(BCG),亦可用于某些癌的治疗,这已为大家所熟知,但近年代替BCG活菌的试用BCG细胞壁(Cell wall)和细胞壁骨架(Cell wallskeleten,CWS)。除结核菌外,尚用其他微生物细胞成分也可成为极为有效的癌免疫疗法佐剂。这已为实验所明确。本文作者福士氏与美国Edgar Ribi氏有共同工作的机会,兹将美国癌免疫疗法的基础研究简介如下:
