满足学生发展需求、探索学科教学规律和完善自身教学个性是实施有效教学的基本条件,也是课堂教学视域下教师专业发展的关键要素。一线教师在审视他人教学思想的同时要努力形成自己的教学思想,在实施有效教学促进学生全面发展的过程中,实现自身专业发展层次的不断提升。
Satisfying the development needs of students, exploring disciplinary teaching rules and improving their own teaching personality are the basic conditions for implementing effective teaching. They are also the key elements of teacher professional development in the classroom teaching. Front-line teachers should try hard to form their own teaching ideas while examining the teaching thoughts of others. In the course of implementing effective teaching and promoting the all-round development of students, the front-line teachers should continuously improve their professional development levels.
