用丫-谷氨酞转肽酶-甲胎蛋白(GGT-AFP)双染色法研究了人肝癌及癌周组织中GGT,AFP的表达,同时观察了癌胚抗原(CEA)的分布.20例肝癌组织中,11例GGT阳性,10例AFP阳性.13例CEA阳性.在癌周组织中,6例GGT阳性,2例AFP阳性,20例CEA阳性.证实肝细胞癌可表达GGT,AFP,增生结节属癌前期病变,与肝癌的发生有关,GGT,AFP的增高与肝癌密切相关,CEA无特异性.
GGT-AFP dual staining was used to study the expression of GGT and AFP in human hepatocellular carcinoma and pericancerous tissue. The distribution of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was also observed in 20 cases. Among the HCC tissues, 11 were positive for GGT, 10 were positive for AFP, and 13 were CEA positive. Among the cancer tissues, 6 were GGT positive, 2 were AFP positive, and 20 were CEA positive. It was confirmed that hepatocellular carcinoma can express GGT, AFP, Proliferative nodules are precancerous lesions, which are related to the occurrence of liver cancer. The increase of GGT and AFP is closely related to liver cancer. CEA has no specificity.
