随着当前经济的快速发展,企业思想意识发展也在不断的向多元化发展,逐渐成为企业的战略格局,对于企业的转型跨越起到关键性的作用。新形势下,如何开展煤炭企业职工的思想政治工作来促进煤炭企业持续健康发展,应对煤炭企业的转型跨越发展,是当前煤炭企业思想政治工作面临的巨大考验。
