目的分析2011-2014年常州地区HIV-1抗体阳性者的免疫印迹(Western Blot,WB)带型。方法应用WB试验对2011-2014年常州地区HIV-1抗体阳性待确证标本进行确证检测,并对其WB带型进行统计学分析。结果1 144份HIV-1抗体待确证标本中,36份确证为阴性,71份为不确定,1 037份为阳性,阳性率为90.7%。在HIV-1抗体阳性标本WB带型中,gp160阳性率最高,为96.5%;p24和gp120次之,阳性率均在90.0%以上;gp41、p66、p51和p31阳性率较低,均低于90.0%;p17、p55和p39阳性率分别为66.4%、45.7%和41.9%;WB带型阳性率男女性之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);20~39岁组的p39阳性率高于其他年龄组(χ2=10.861,P<0.05),<20岁组的p17阳性率高于其他年龄组(χ2=7.906,P<0.05)。结论 p39和p17带型阳性率在4个年龄组之间的差异均有统计学意义;gp160、gp120、gp41和p24是HIV-1抗体确证阳性的重要条带,且本地区检测的HIV-1抗体阳性者多在AIDS期前。
Objective To analyze the immunoblot of Western Blot (WB) in HIV-1 positive patients in Changzhou from 2011 to 2014. Methods WB test was used to confirm the positive samples of HIV-1 antibody in Changzhou area from 2011 to 2014, and the WB banding patterns were analyzed statistically. Results Of the 1 144 HIV-1 antibodies to be confirmed, 36 were confirmed as negative, 71 were uncertain, 1037 were positive, and the positive rate was 90.7%. The positive rate of gp160 was the highest in WB band of HIV-1 antibody-positive specimens, which was 96.5%; the positive rates of p24 and gp120 were above 90.0%; the positive rates of gp41, p66, p51 and p31 were lower 90.0% .The positive rates of p17, p55 and p39 were 66.4%, 45.7% and 41.9% respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of WB-type between male and female (P> 0.05) The rate of p17 was higher in patients younger than 20 years than in other age groups (χ2 = 7.906, P <0.05), higher than other age groups (χ2 = 10.861, P <0.05). Conclusion The positive rates of p39 and p17 are statistically significant among the four age groups. Gp160, gp120, gp41 and p24 are important positive HIV-1 antibodies, and HIV-1 Antibody-positive more than in AIDS.
